Contralateral Gait begins deep in our core, in the upper downtime around T12/L 1. The responsiveness of the structures around it allow this spark to be expressed in our lives.
Fully responsive diaphragmatic structures allow the lemniscate of walking to express itself all the way to your toes and fingers.
The diaphragms help give space and support to the organs, allowing for volume and dimension in walking; space for our emotions and the enteric NS to live and breath.
With both, our undulating midline and the dimension of our horizontal resonating diaphragms we are more able to sense relationship to self, other and the world we live in.

Our explorations and analysis will focus on the understanding the interplay between structural and functional restrictions.
This understanding will be key in designing our strategies.
Depending on the needs of the group, we will do some practicums and some full sessions.
